Membership FeesNACIO memberships run from January - December on the calendar year.
County Government
- County Staff Member (Individual) - $85 for one member; $60 for each additional staff member. This option is idea for departments with 5 or less staff members.
- Department-wide membership $300 - The department-wide membership is for departments with more than 5 PIO staff members. A department-wide membership enables all the PIO staff to be members of NACIO. In addition, any additions to the staff during the calendar year will also become NACIO members for the remainder of the year without having to pay an additional membership fee.
- State Association Staff Member - $110 for one member; $60 for each additional staff member. This option is for members of state county associations, e.g., Florida Association of Counties.
Non-County Governments $185
- Non-County Government - $185 for one member; $60 for each additional staff member. This membership option is for public information officers who work for other local governments (school boards, municipalities, etc.)
